THE BEINGRELENTLESS FIELD GUIDE
Does your website still need FAQs?
30 customer questions. Answer templates. One prompt to make them yours.

Start with what customers actually ask
A useful FAQ removes uncertainty before someone takes the next step. Begin with questions heard in sales calls, workshops, support conversations and customer interviews. These are adaptable prompts, not approved answers about your business. Replace every bracket with a verified fact, and leave out anything that does not fit your offer.
For example: “How much does [service] cost?” is more useful than a heading that only says “Pricing.”
A simple way to use this guide
1. Choose 6 to 10 questions your customers genuinely ask.
2. Adapt the prompts below. Replace brackets with approved facts and remove anything that does not apply.
3. Publish each answer on the page where a customer needs it, such as a service, pricing or booking page.

A PROMPT TO MAKE THE QUESTIONS YOURS
Draft carefully. Verify every answer.
You are helping draft website FAQ content. First ask about the business, product or service, audience and page purpose. Use approved business facts and anonymised real customer questions. If a fact is missing, ask for confirmation. Recommend 6 to 10 relevant questions and draft direct answers. Make the first sentence clear, then explain conditions and the next step. Never invent prices, deadlines, policies, credentials, testimonials or results. Mark unknowns [CONFIRM]. For every answer, note its source, suggested page and facts that need approval. Do not promise search rankings or AI citations.
Adapted from the prompt in the downloadable guide.
Before you publish
• Confirm every claim, price, deadline and policy with the right owner.
• Replace every [CONFIRM] marker and remove unsupported questions.
• Check links, contact details and the next step in each answer.
• Place answers on the relevant service or product pages, not only on a general FAQ page.
• Review the page whenever the offer or policy changes.
A note on search visibility
Clear, useful answers help people make decisions, but they do not guarantee search rankings or AI citations. Google says the usual SEO fundamentals still apply and there is no special schema required for its AI search features. ChatGPT search visibility also depends in part on allowing OAI-SearchBot to access the site.
